Seekers Who Found the King
The Story
Matthew 2:1-12
After Jesus was born, wise men from countries far to the east saw a brilliant new star appear in the sky. They knew it meant a special king had been born, and they set out on a long journey to find Him.
The wise men traveled to Jerusalem and asked King Herod where the 'King of the Jews' had been born. Herod was troubled — he sent them to Bethlehem and sneakily asked them to report back.
The star led the wise men right to where Jesus was. When they saw the child with Mary, they knelt down and worshipped Him — the greatest King who ever lived!
They opened their treasures and gave Him three precious gifts: gold (for a king), frankincense (for God), and myrrh. Then God warned them in a dream not to return to Herod, so they went home a different way.

The wise men gave their most precious treasures to Jesus. Give Jesus your best — your time, heart, and talents.
Worship Belongs to Jesus
Powerful, educated men got on their knees before a little child. Jesus deserves our worship.
God Guides Seekers
