The Night the World Changed Forever
The Story
Luke 2:1-20
Mary and Joseph had to travel a long way to Bethlehem. When they arrived, every inn was full! The only shelter they could find was a stable with animals.
That night, in that humble place, baby Jesus was born and Mary wrapped Him in strips of cloth and laid Him in a manger — a feeding trough for animals.
On the hillside nearby, shepherds were watching their sheep. Suddenly, a brilliant angel appeared and the whole sky filled with light! 'Do not be afraid!' the angel said. 'I bring you good news — tonight a Savior has been born in Bethlehem!'
The shepherds ran to find Jesus and when they saw Him, they were filled with joy. They told everyone what they had seen and heard. The whole world would never be the same!
What Can We Learn?
Jesus Is God's Greatest Gift
God loved us SO much that He sent His own Son to earth. That's the best gift ever!
God Chooses the Humble
Jesus wasn't born in a palace — He was born in a stable! God loves humble hearts.
Share the Good News
The shepherds told everyone about Jesus! We should share the good news too.
Every Life Is Precious
Even as a tiny baby, Jesus was the most important person who ever lived. Every life matters to God.
